Floating Box Canyon

Just got back from floating Box Canyon. Had a blast. Joyce and Amanda were with me. We started out in fast moving water and ended up in slow. Saw a bald eagle, kingfisher, heron, mergasons (sp) and a couple of marmats (sp). We got stuck on some rocks along the way. One in paticular kept us stuck for several minutes while a nearby fisherman laughed at our attempts to get unstuck. He was very nice when we floated by finally and said it looked like we were having a good time. Entire float only took about an hour but it was worth it!

Just thought I should maybe get started blogging since it seems like everyone else is. Seems like a good way to keep people informed of what is happening in our lives.
